Melts Oven (up to +450°C)

An enclosed high temperature system intended for both polymer melts and thermoset applications. The Bohlin Melts Oven offers precise temperature control with minimal thermal gradients, using both conductive and radiative heating of the sample. Nitrogen purging of the oven is possible for samples which may degrade. A raised lower plate makes sample trimming easy. There is also a disposable plate version for applications such a thermosets, where the upper and lower plates may become bonded during measurement.
