Spraytec Aerosol and Spray Mount Accessory

The Spraytec’s aerosol mount accessory enables users to reproducibly position aerosol cans or pump sprays relative to the Spraytec’s measurement zone. This helps to eliminate an important source of variability associated with spray droplet size measurements.

The aerosol mount fits onto the Spraytec optical bench, and allows users to:

• Manually adjust and measure the distance between the spray nozzle and the measurement zone.
• Set the height and angle of the spray, ensuring measurements are made within the same section of the spray plume each time a new sample is characterized.

The maximum measurement distance which can be set between the Spraytec measurement zone and the spray or aerosol device is 275mm, dependant on the spray device design.
