Bronze Calibration Visit for Capillary Rheometers

This provides for a complete calibration including 2 pressure transducers and full safety-related circuit inspection (includes temperature, force and pressure overload, end stop check and reset) carried out by a certified Malvern service engineer.

Calibration and service check points:

  • Barrel, full visual and alignment check
  • Pistons and tips
  • Dies and retainers
  • Drive motor and encoder
  • Gearbox, screwjack, leadscrew and all couplings
  • Heater bands, electrical and mechanical fixing check
  • Pressure transducers (2) and mountings
  • Temperature
  • Displacement calibration
  • Electronic loom check
  • Pressure

UKAS/International certificates for electronic calibration equipment and reference oils are also provided.
