Bronze Performance Verification Visit for Particle Characterization Systems.

A single scheduled visit by a Malvern customer support engineer, normally on an annual basis but more frequently as required.

  • A complete hardware and software check.
  • A performance verification of the system using traceable standards
  • Provision of a performance verification certificate, essential for compliance to ISO9001 and other standards.
  • Advice as to the general status of the instrument and of any routine user maintenance that may be required.
  • Fixed price service by experienced and certified professionals.

Bronze Operational Qualification Visit for particle characterization systems operating under GxP regulations.

A single scheduled visit by a Malvern customer support engineer, normally on an annual basis but more frequently as required.

  • A complete hardware and software check.
  • A performance verification of the system using traceable standards
  • A full Operational Qualification (OQ) of the system
  • Provision of a performance verification certificate together will full OQ documentation
  • Advice as to the general status of the instrument and of any routine user maintenance that may be required.
