	Platinum Service Contract (available for all currently supported products) Offering priority response and including all parts and labour for one year. Includes at least one performance verification of the system. (Note: This may be repeated in the event that a service intervention necesitates a verification of the system during the contract period).
	Gold Service Contract available for all currently supported products) Offering priority response and including all labor and travel costs (but not parts). Includes at least one performance verification of the system. (Note: This may be repeated in the event that a service intervention necesitates a verification of the system during the contract period).
	Bronze Performance verification/calibration visits:
		Verification Visit for particle characterization systems. A complete hardware and software check as well as a performance verification of the system using traceable standards. Includes provision of a Performance Verification Certificate. .
		Bronze Operational Qualification (OQ) visit. A complete hardware and software check as well as an Operational Qualification of the system using traceable standards. Includes a Performance Certificate together with full OQ documentaion.
		Bronze Calibration visit for Rotational Rheometers. A complete calibration and preventative maintenance visit. Includes a calibration certificate as well as UKAS/International Certificates for the calibration equipment used.
		Bronze Calibration visit for Capillary Rheometers. A complete calibration and preventative maintenance visit. Includes a calibration certificate as well as UKAS/International Certificates for the calibration equipment used.
