• Where available two places on a Malvern e-learning training course are included. On completion certification is provided suitable for inclusion in training records. 
  
  
• Includes Preventative Maintenance of the system to reduce the risk of downtime
  
  
• Complete System Performance Verification using traceable standards with issue of a performance verification certificate together with full documentation, essential for compliance to ISO9001 and other standards.
  
  
• (Note: Rheometer system owners receive a calibration visit instead of a Performance Verification and GPC or DSV owners receive a Preventative Maintenance visit).
  
  
• Where possible, loan equipment is provided to reduce downtime in circumstances where it is not possible to repair a fault on site.
