In this presentation we will introduce Dynamic Light Scattering and look at its weaknesses and strengths. We will then describe briefly the chromatography techniques to concentrate on stearic separation method (SEC, GPC, GFC). The core of the presentation will show the effects and gains of coupling chromatography to dynamic light scattering.
