How to minimize the quantity of protein required for protein purification studies

In the early stages of protein purification, proteins are often available only in the smallest volumes and at low concentrations. Yet, measuring their size distribution as a measure of their stability remains desirable. Measurements at the limit of sensitivity are difficult on any instrument but in this webinar we will see that measurements of 0.1 mg/ml Lysozyme are possible on the Zetasizer µV in the smallest available cell volume of 2 µL.
