Measuring the electrophoretic mobility of proteins has historically been a challenge. The presence of metal from electrodes, an electric field and air or water interfaces can lead to protein denaturation. This webinar will show new ways to make protein mobility or zeta potential measurements without denaturing proteins using the Malvern Zetasizer Nano. We will present data and discuss the strengths and limitations of this technique.
