The successful candidate will be required to configure Malvern Panalytical products, developing models in the Salesforce quotation tool (CPQ), Quotation documentation, maintenance, training and reporting with integration to SAP ERP. The successful candidate will be required to configure Malvern Panalytical products, developing models in the Salesforce quotation tool (CPQ), Quotation documentation, maintenance, training and reporting with integration to SAP ERP. Key Responsibilities

•   Develop models in quotation system, working with Product Management who will define requirements
•   Analyze needs of users (Marketing / Sales) and translate them into functional requirements for the quotation system
•   Develop the system regarding to the functional requirements
•   Maintain and optimize the quotation system
•   Provide training and support to the different users (Marketing / Sales)
•   Responsible for process descriptions, system and user documentation for users
•   Develop the strategic CPQ solution to ensure the solution meets all the business requirements and is integrated with SAP ERP

Job Requirements

•   Higher Vocational Level / Bachelor IT – Degree qualified
•   SAP Variant Configuration experience
•   Sales / IT or Salesforce experience preferred, formal training will be provided as required
•   Affinity with a high-tech / international environment
•   Strong Communication skills
•   Ability to fully understand user / customer and translate this into functional requirements system
•   Ability to take initiative, and be persistent and persuasive
•   Team player and able to work independently
