You’ll be responsible for driving Malvern Panalytical’s UK and Nordic marketing communications strategy; adapting, planning, developing, executing and optimizing the company’s programme of marketing campaigns and activities for both customer acquisition and retention, assessing and reporting on their effectiveness against business targets to deliver planned sales growth whilst enhancing brand equity and awareness.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for driving Malvern Panalytical’s UK and Nordic marketing communications strategy; adapting, planning, developing, executing and optimizing the company’s programme of marketing campaigns and activities for both customer acquisition and retention, assessing and reporting on their effectiveness against business targets to deliver planned sales growth whilst enhancing brand equity and awareness.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a professional marketing qualification.

The ideal candidate will:

•    Have experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations/support, marketing communications and marketing management, preferably in the analytical instrumentation field or high cost capital equipment over a varied industry exposure in multiple markets;
•    Have experience in management and leadership with a proven ability to lead a team to deliver objectives on time and on budget;
•    Have experience with marketing automation and CRM software and associated tools used to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions and ROI;
•    Be able to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and also under their own initiative;
•    Have excellent problem-solving skills;
•    Have good attention to detail;
•    Have excellent written and communication skills;
•    Have an awareness of their commercial impact on the business;
•    Have confidence in building relationships both internally and externally.
