Summary:
Malvern Panalytical is seeking a highly-motivated, commercially driven Sales Specialist to expand the current sales activities for our sample preparation solutions. The successful candidate will be dedicated to promote and sell the whole range of Claisse product line and analytical equipment in the DACH area. He/she must be able to develop, present and propose the optimal solution in order to present a value-added proposition to our customers.

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a highly-motivated, commercially driven Sales Specialist to expand the current sales activities for our sample preparation solutions. The successful candidate will be dedicated to promote and sell the whole range of Claisse product line and analytical equipment in the DACH area. He/she must be able to develop, present and propose the optimal solution in order to present a value-added proposition to our customers.

The candidate will be engaged in supporting our existing customer base but even more by identifying and developing new markets and business. The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Manager DACH.

Job Description
•    Meet or exceed targeted sales goals for sample preparation instruments;
•    Achieve high level of customer satisfaction, develop and strengthen long-term business relationships with customers in the DACH area;
•    New business development;
•    Perform demonstrations of sample preparation products in-house and on customer’s site;
•    Frequent travel to meet customers and prospects, attend exhibitions, seminars and workshops;
•    Update CRM tools and sales forecasts to give good insight in market developments;
•    Reporting on the sales process and market trends and cooperate with colleagues within Claisse (Quebec, Canada).  

Job Requirements
•    BSc/MSc in Chemistry (elemental analysis preferred);
•    Preferably experience in Sales and in offering value added proposals to customers in various segments;
•    Fluent in German and English, written and spoken combined with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.
