This seminar discusses the total characterization of a number of model biomolecules using Dynamic Light Scattering, Electrophoretic Light Scattering and Multi-Angle Light Scattering combined with SEC. Data available from these techniques include size, charge, molecular weight, oligomeric or aggregation state, along with a range of intrinsic values relating to the state of stability within a formulation. A particular focus will be given to the limits of detection for these techniques, showing a range of information which can be obtained on as little as 50μL of sample.
